The Roundtable for Leaders gives leaders the opportunity to:

• 8 peer coaching sessions (maximum group size 8 strategically selected participants)
• 6 individual executive coaching sessions
• comprehensive leadership assessment and goal setting session
• complimentary membership with The Executive Roundtable which includes access to over 20 programs and webinars during the course of the program.

Who Should Attend:

• Director level and above leaders with 4+ years progressive experience
  
• Senior talent management professionals
  
• Business owners/managers with a minimum of 10 employees
